5.     5.  Needed for Audit – Each Board Member & the Village Clerk must complete a “Related Parties” form as par       part of the Financial Audit.  Update on meeting with Accounting Workshop.

 

6.     6.  Discussion and possible action operator/liquor licenses

    a. Approve operator licenses

    b. Point of Beauty renewal of Class “A” liquor license was approved. 

    c. Discussion to change alcohol hours - ordinance #12.02 (WI Statues, Chapter 125)

    a. Comprehensive Committee (no August meeting)

    b. Zoning Committee

    c. Portage County GCAC (Groundwater Citizen’s Advisory Committee) – questionnaire

    b. Grading Linwood & Greenbriar alleyway – Rutkowski Trucking (information purpose only)

    c. All street lights have been replaced or repaired (information purpose only)

    d. Shrub Trimming near Odessa Court – review quotes
